1. Can I change or cancel ?
If you would like to make changes to your order, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery timing.  We will do our best to accommodate your request - though we’d really appreciate it if you’d be able to give as much notice time as  possible.   

whitetree reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee up to the cost of items ordered in the event that we are only notified after your items have been  picked and are ready for delivery.

2. What are the modes of payment can i use?
You can choose to pay with PayPal or credit card.

3. When can I get my shopping delivered?
It can be delivered within 2-3 days

4. I have a problem with my product.
We ask that you please check your order upon delivery. If you’re not completely happy with your products, let us know within 7 days from your delivery date and we’ll try to  resolve.

5. Can i return products to whitetree?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at help@o.whitetree@gmail.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter either by replacing the product or by issuing you a credit.
